All functions are defined into following categories.

• Pull Print (Secure printing method where print jobs are sent to a central print server but are not printed until the user authenticates at a printer)
• Direct Print (Print job is sent directly from a user’s device to a specific printer without user authentication at the printer)
• Scan (Digitally capture a physical document and convert it into an electronic format such as PDF and JPG)
