What’s New in RICOH CloudStream v2.9.0?
In this version, we fixed some bugs and made some improvements for Print&Scan, and following components are included.

x PC Client security is improved by using an intermediate, customer-specific Certificate Authority for self-signed certificates.
・PC Client security is improved by using an intermediate, customer-specific Certificate Authority for self-signed certificates, with no impact on currently deployed clients. For new installations or reconfigurations, the specified account domain must be resolvable and signed by a globally trusted CA root (visibility to the cloud server is required).
・If no self-signed certificates are configured, the PC Client will only trust global CA roots. These changes only affect PC Clients where the server address differs from the account domain.

x New customers have email server for notifications and scan workflows configured right out of the box using default email service.
・Default mail server is Amazon SES for all public AWS datacenters and OTC SMTP server for European sovereign datacenter.
・Vendors and Customers can still use their own/preferred email service.
・Default email service is also available for existing customers.
x All existing customers with an invalid email server configuration will be updated to the default service

+ Administrator can now use Admin Web UI to disable scan workflows for individual printers if needed.

+ User can select a print queue before submitting a job. The default selection is the “secure” roaming print queue. If there is a direct / push print queue available for the user and properly configured to release the documents (using gateway), the documents will be directly released on that printer.
